Mikawa Kaiseki

For dinner, Kaiyutei serves kaiseki (a Japanese multi-course dinner) made with seasonal and local ingredients from Mikawa.

Our head chef is Minoru Maruo, who trained at a top-class traditional Japanese restaurant in Nagoya and has devoted his career entirely to Japanese cuisine. He crafts each dish one by one, from creating the menu to selecting the ingredients and deciding how to cook them.
